Our renewed traditional cooking/cuisine of the Tierra de Cádiz comes to life in each dish, which we prepare with a deep respect for the product. Fresh vegetables from Navazo, vegetables from the orchards of Conil and special beef from La Janda, which here finds its maximum expression on the grill.
